Now our client, a Japanese consulting company in Düsseldorf, is seeking for a

Japanese speaking Selection Process Leader (m/f/d) - recruiting
* work from home
* contract options: commission, freelance contract 
* selectable from a few hours up to 40 hours per week

Your responsibilities:
• organize interviews with candidates and clients
• manage selection process: track interview progress and report to relevant parties
• communicate selection results and feedback to candidates  
• coordinate and communication between candidates and clients
• improve the selection process proactively
• build relationships, negotiate contracts with relevant parties and sign contracts

Your profile:
• BtoB sales experience
• experiences in management of selection processes and coordination of interviews
• business fluent in Japanese and English languages, German language skills are preferable, but not mandatory
• IT literate; experience with CRM tools, IT-tools-based data construction and data management
• excellent communication skills
• organizational skills: you can manage multiple recruiting processes
• problem solving skills: you can respond quickly and accurately to problems  
• project management skills
• freelancer or self-employed
• ability to self-schedule
