Japanese speaking Client Acquisition & Account Management Specialist (m/f/d) - recruiting
* work from home
* Job-types: commission, freelance contract 
* selectable from a few hours up to 40 hours per week

Your responsibilities:
• acquire new customers
• develop customer relationships and build long term partnerships
• hear clients’ recruiting needs and understand their requirements
• negotiate contracts with clients 
• gather, organise and share relevant information for recruiting processes
• introduce applicants to clients according to their needs
• communicate with clients through our system

Your profile:
• BtoB sales and account management experience; acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
• account management experience
• high ability to deal with customers; meet client’s needs and propose solutions
• business fluent in Japanese and English languages, German language skills are preferable, but not mandatory
• IT literate; experience in CRM tools
• task management skills, negotiation skills and project management skills
• freelancer or self-employed
• you can manage schedule yourself
